Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and playing Chronicles: Medieval, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of Chronicles: Medieval, including visitors, players, and account holders.

Virtual Currency and Items
Regarding in-game purchases in Chronicles: Medieval:
- Virtual items, currency, and kingdom assets are licensed, not sold, to you
- Purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by local consumer protection laws
- We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove virtual items for game balance
- Trading virtual items outside the official game systems is prohibited
- All prices and availability are subject to change without notice
- Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value
- Refunds may be available for technical issues or errors, subject to our review
Gameplay and Fair Play
To maintain a fair and enjoyable experience in Chronicles: Medieval:

- Team play and cooperation are encouraged, but collusion or match-fixing is prohibited

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Chronicles: Medieval, including but not limited to loss of data, virtual items, or gameplay progress. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Chronicles: Medieval will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
